(a) any MADAMVOYAGE Partner Retailer whose products you order, make an enquiry with regard to or express an interest in;
(b) business partners, suppliers, service providers, sub-contractors, and other third parties we us for the purposes of supporting our business operations, providing products or services that you request from us, fulfilling our contractual obligations to you or processing any payments in connection with your use of the Platform;
(c) to comply with any court order, law or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request;
(d) to the prospective seller or buyer of any business or assets that we are seeking to purchase or sell;
(e) to a buyer or other successor in the event of merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganisation, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, where one of the transferred assets is the personal data we hold;
(f) to other organisations or public authorities for the purposes of cybersecurity, fraud protection, credit risk reduction or protecting the rights, property and safety of our business, its employees, our customers and others.

6.1. While MADAMVOYAGE is established in the European Union, some MADAMVOYAGE Partner Retailers may be located outside in a third country. The Personal Data that we collect may be processed, transferred or stored, in and to a country outside of your own, with privacy laws that may differ in some aspects from those applicable in your country or territories.
6.2. Where you are a resident of a country in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), this may mean that your Personal Data is processed, transferred or stored, in and to a jurisdiction that is outside of the EEA. Such jurisdictions may include territories that are not subject to a European Commission adequacy decision, meaning they are not recognised by the European Commission as providing the same privacy protections as in the EEA. Where this is the case, will only transfer your data to such a jurisdiction if, following a risk assessment, we are convinced of the absence of any local federal or state laws that may permit public authorities access to your data, such as for surveillance or investigative reasons.

Where we are satisfied of the absence of any federal or state laws impinging on your data rights, we further ensure that any data transfer we execute is protected by additional technical, organisational and contractual measures. For example, where we transfer your personal data to a third party established in a non-EEA jurisdiction, we have contractual measures in place with MADAMVOYAGE Partner Retailers requiring those parties to abide by EU GDPR and to provide you a means of legal redress. 7.1. By providing your Personal Data to us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Data by us for the purposes set out in this privacy policy (“Purposes”).
7.2. Where any Personal Data relates to a third party, you represent and warrant that the Personal Data is up-to-date, complete, and accurate and that you have obtained the third party’s prior consent for our collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Data for the Purposes. You agree that you shall promptly provide us with written evidence of such consent upon demand by us.

8. ACCESS, CORRECTION & DELETION
8.1. Any access request may be subject to a fee of an administrative fee at our rates then in force to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
8.2. In the event that you wish to access, correct, update or delete any Personal Data held in our records, please send an email to privacy@madamvotyage.com detailing your user account information and the Personal Data concerned. In certain cases, Personal Data may also be corrected or updated via the Platform.
8.3. We will respond to requests regarding access, correction and/or deletion as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any Personal Data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so except where we are exempted from doing so under any applicable legislation.

11.1.
