SHIPPING COUNTRIES

We're pleased to offer shipping to EU countries, Switzerland, UK, UAE, and USA. If you're from a country not listed, simply reach out to us at support@madamvoyage.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • You'll find an estimated delivery time for each product in the Shipping and Returns section of its respective page.

  • Your order is fulfilled directly by each brand, so if you've ordered from multiple brands, your items may arrive separately and at different times.

  • Some of our local brands embrace ethical practices and craft items made-to-order. This means shipping times may vary from a few days to a few weeks. Be sure to check each product page for specific shipping details. Need something urgently? Feel free to contact us at support@madamvoyage.com before placing your order, and we'll assist you as best we can.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link for each package. Stay updated on your order's journey right to your doorstep.

SHIPPING COST

  • We want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. That's why shipping is complimentary for orders over 250 EUR.

  • For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of 15 EUR per order ensures your items are delivered safely to you.

TAXES AND DUTIES

  • To provide clarity, any applicable taxes and import duties are calculated and paid at checkout, preventing additional charges upon delivery.

  • The amount of taxes and duties is determined by the country of origin of the package, customer delivery address, and applicable taxation and customs legislation.

  • Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

To facilitate a seamless delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign for your order upon receipt. Alternatively, if you choose to waive the signature requirement, your package will be left at the delivery address. However, please be aware that MADAMVOYAGE SL, the brand, and the shipping carrier cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the order has been delivered.
